The Breathing Timer below is from a wonderful website called xhalr.com

The Way I recommend using it:

  • Hit the 3 lines on the top right to open up the menu.

  • Scroll down to where you see the 4 timers.

  • One of the invitations of Heart-Focused Breathing is to match the length of your inhale and exhale. The recommended length is 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out. If that is too long, or too short, adjust to your comfort level.

  • Set the “Breathe In” timer to your preferred even breathing. Recommended is 5 seconds.

  • Set the “Breathe Out” timer to the same as your breathe-in (5 seconds)

  • Leave, or set, both of the “Hold Breath” timers to 0.

  • Enjoy!
